What is the function of action buttons in a presentation? (Choose the most appropriate option from below)
Answer: A
Action buttons are used to facilitate navigation between slides.
Action buttons are ready-made shapes in PowerPoint, such as Next, Previous, Home and End, to which an action is attached. Clicking one during a slide show jumps to another slide, which makes them useful for non-linear and self-running presentations.
Media clips are added through the Insert menu, and animations are controlled through Custom Animation. Pack and Go is a separate wizard that packages a presentation for use on another computer. An action button can be set to play a sound or run a program, but its standard purpose is navigation.
