Who is the head of the Commission appointed to examine sub-categorisation of Other Backward Classes ?

The commission is headed by G Rohini.
Justice G. Rohini, former Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, heads the commission set up in 2017 under Article 340 to examine the sub-categorisation of the Other Backward Classes so that the benefits of reservation are shared more fairly among them.
