Answer: A
The headquarters of the International Solar Alliance is at Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon.
The International Solar Alliance was launched by India and France at the Paris climate conference in 2015 to promote solar energy among sunshine-rich countries. Its headquarters is on the campus of the National Institute of Solar Energy at Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, making it the first international intergovernmental organisation headquartered in India.
Bengaluru, Dubai and Nairobi do not host it. Nairobi is known as the headquarters of the UN Environment Programme, and the Abu Dhabi headquarters of the International Renewable Energy Agency is sometimes confused with Dubai.
