If the third day of a month is Tuesday, which of the following would be the 4th day before the 27th day of that month?

Correct answer: Monday
If the 3rd is a Tuesday, the 27th is 24 days later, and \( 24 = 21 + 3 \), so it falls three days on from Tuesday - a Friday. The fourth day before it is the 23rd, which is four days back from Friday: Monday.
