If it is possible to form a number which is a perfect square of a two digit odd number using the second, fourth, seventh digits of the number 739142658 using each only once, which of the following is the second digit of that two-digit odd number?
Answer: D
Correct answer: none
The second, fourth and seventh digits of 739142658 are 3, 1 and 6. Arranged as 361 they do make \( 19^2 \), so such a number can be formed - but the digit the question then asks for is not among the choices offered, so the answer is none.
