In a class of 31, a rank of \( r \) from the top is \( 31-r+1 \) from the bottom. Manoj at 7 becomes \( 31-7+1 = \mathbf{25} \)th and Satya at 11 becomes \( 31-11+1 = \mathbf{21} \)st.
