What will be the output of the program?
import java.util.*;
public class Program08
{
public static void main(String[] args)
{
List<String> l = new ArrayList<String>(
Arrays.asList("c", "a", "b"));
Collections.sort(l);
System.out.println(l);
}
}
Answer: D
Collections.sort orders the list in place using the natural ordering of its elements, and for String that is lexicographic. The list becomes [a, b, c]. Note the method returns void: assigning its result would not compile.
