Three of the four are multiples of 3.
\[ 48 = 3 \times 16, \quad 75 = 3 \times 25, \quad 84 = 3 \times 28 \]
\[ 35 = 5 \times 7 \]
So 35 does not belong. Its digit sum is 8, which is not divisible by 3, while the others give 12, 12 and 12.
