Find the one which does not belong to that group ?
Answer: D
Each number is a digit written next to its own square:
- 39 → 3 and \( 3^{2} = 9 \)
- 24 → 2 and \( 2^{2} = 4 \)
- 525 → 5 and \( 5^{2} = 25 \)
- 426 → 4 and 26, but \( 4^{2} = 16 \)
To follow the rule the last would have to be 416, so 426 is the one that does not belong.
