Which act does not fall under petty organized crime ?
Answer: D
The act that does not fall under petty organised crime is mischief.
Section 112 of the BNS defines petty organised crime as crime that causes a general feeling of insecurity among citizens, committed by groups or gangs, including theft, snatching, cheating, unauthorised selling of tickets, unauthorised betting or gambling, selling of public examination question papers, and similar acts.
Theft, cheating and unauthorised betting all appear in that list. Mischief (causing damage to property) does not.
