The idea that individuals are absolute owners of their talents and capacities was revived by :
Answer: A
The idea was revived by Robert Nozick.
In Anarchy, State, and Utopia (1974) Nozick defended self-ownership: each person owns himself, his talents and his capacities, and so is entitled to what he produces with them. Redistributive taxation therefore amounts to forced labour. This revives Locke's claim that every man has a property in his own person.
John Rawls took the opposite view, treating the distribution of natural talents as a common asset. Adam Smith and Lenin are not associated with reviving the idea.
