Which district of Madhya Pradesh has highest percentage of tribal population?
Answer: C
The district with the highest percentage of tribal population is Alirajpur.
In the 2011 census, Scheduled Tribes formed about 89 per cent of the population of Alirajpur, the highest share of any district in Madhya Pradesh, closely followed by Jhabua, from which it was separated in 2008, at about 87 per cent. Both districts are home mainly to the Bhil and Bhilala communities.
Barwani (about 69 per cent) and Dindori (about 65 per cent) also have tribal majorities but lower shares. Jhabua, the most likely trap, comes second.
