The one that is not an ethic of a good teacher is 'He may not be in suitably dressed'.
A physical education teacher is expected to set an example, and that includes being suitably dressed for the activity. Coming improperly dressed is a lapse of professional conduct, so this option is the exception.
The other three are accepted duties: checking the physical arrangements and keeping equipment ready before the lesson, cultivating a clear speaking voice for instruction on the field, and having mastery over the lesson content.
