Which of the following should form the content of curriculum in physical education ?
Answer: D
The answer is All of the above.
A physical education curriculum aims at all-round development and so draws on many groups of activities. Combatives (wrestling, judo, self-defence) develop strength, agility and courage. Rhythmics (marching, dance, lezium) develop coordination, grace and a sense of rhythm. Apparatus activities (gymnastics on the beam, bars and box) develop strength, balance and body control.
Each listed group is a recognised part of the content, so choosing any one alone would leave out the others.
