Answer: C
Skolemization is the process of removing all the existential quantifiers from a formula. Each existentially quantified variable is replaced by a Skolem constant, or by a Skolem function of the universal variables that come before it, and the formula that remains has only universal quantifiers. Bringing the quantifiers to the front is prenex normal form, and removing the universal quantifiers is the step that follows Skolemization, so the first two options describe other steps. The keyed answer is the third option.
