The purpose of any advertisement is to attract people and that people would respond favourably. (I) is an assumption. This company claims to be producing the best footballs, this implies there are some other companies which are producing footballs.The adviser gives the advertisement believing that demand exists for such a product. Hence, (II) is also an inherent assumption.
