Why does a common man choose to wear a seat belt ?
Answer: B
A common man chooses to wear a seat belt because he wants to protect himself.
The second paragraph says that whether to wear a seat belt or not 'is affected by safety considerations'. Safety is the person's own protection in an accident.
The passage does not say that a law, the fitting of the belt or fear of the policeman is the reason.
