Both A and B are correct.
Paragraph 4 says the working group established the Digital Innovation Network 'to enhance engagement among global innovation builders and drivers such as start-ups, venture capitalists and corporations', which is statement A. It adds that the main idea was 'to establish the G20 DIN as a launching pad for the Digital Economy', which is statement B.
The options that call one or both wrong therefore conflict with the passage. A small mismatch of wording (the network, not G20 as a whole, does the engaging) is overlooked by the question.
