Statement B says a person's handwriting reveals everything about him. The passage says graphologists can tell a great deal, 'very little you can't tell', but it does not say everything, so the key treats B as an overstatement and false. Reading B as true would be possible from the loose wording of paragraph 5, so this item rests on the key.
