- 5 is the topic sentence - the bank has done good, but is now under fire.
- 4 introduces the first complaint, about profitability.
- 2 spells that complaint out.
- 6 adds the second charge with also - involuntary resettlement.
- 1 illustrates it: a case in point is the Sardar Sarovar Dam.
- 3 closes with the concession, for all its faults.
A case in point in 1 must follow the charge it illustrates, and only 5 introduces the bank, so nothing else can open the paragraph.
