Box-type solar cookers are suitable for boiling and baking.
A box cooker is an insulated box with a blackened tray and a glass lid, often with a reflector. It reaches about 100 to 140 °C, slowly, which is enough for cooking by boiling and for baking in closed vessels.
It cannot reach the high, quick heat needed for frying, so 'frying only' is wrong, and 'boiling only' leaves out baking, which these cookers do well.
