Who has analysed concept of rights in terms of jural correlatives and jural opposites ?
Answer: C
The analysis is Hohfeld's.
Wesley Newcomb Hohfeld, in Fundamental Legal Conceptions (1913, 1917), broke the loose word 'right' into eight concepts. Their jural correlatives are right and duty, privilege and no-right, power and liability, immunity and disability; their jural opposites are right and no-right, privilege and duty, power and disability, immunity and liability.
Salmond also classified rights but did not build this scheme. Dicey is known for the rule of law and parliamentary sovereignty, and Holmes for legal realism and the prediction theory of law.
