Answer: C
The Draconids are a meteor shower.
The Draconid meteor shower occurs every year in early October, peaking around 8 October. Its meteors appear to come from the constellation Draco (the Dragon), which gives the shower its name, and they are debris left by the comet 21P/Giacobini-Zinner.
The term has nothing to do with defence systems, software bugs or marine species; it was in the news because of the annual shower.
