Which country sent life sized robot to the International Space Station (ISS) on August 23, 2019 ?
Answer: D
The robot was sent by Russia.
In August 2019 Russia launched the humanoid robot Fedor (Skybot F-850) on an uncrewed Soyuz spacecraft to the International Space Station, where it was tested on tasks such as handling tools. It was Russia's first humanoid robot in space.
Japan had earlier sent the small talking robot Kirobo, not a life-sized one in 2019, and neither China nor the USA sent the August 2019 robot.
