What is the full name of ISRO ?
Answer: D
ISRO stands for the Indian Space Research Organisation.
ISRO was formed on 15 August 1969, succeeding the Indian National Committee for Space Research set up under Vikram Sarabhai. It works under the Department of Space and has its headquarters in Bengaluru.
'International', 'Indian Society' and 'Iranian' are invented expansions: ISRO is India's national space agency, not an international body, not a society, and not Iranian (Iran's agency is a separate organisation).
