Answer: C
'Wings of Fire' is the biography of A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
It is the autobiography of Kalam, written with Arun Tiwari in 1999, telling of his life from Rameswaram to his work at ISRO and DRDO and in the missile programme.
Homi Bhabha, Raja Ramanna and Vikram Sarabhai were scientists of the atomic and space programmes but did not write this book.
The book is also a story of the growth of India's missile programme, from the SLV-3 launch vehicle to the Agni and Prithvi missiles.
