Arrange the stages of a cold invocation in order.
1. the initialisation code outside the handler runs
2. the platform allocates an execution environment
3. the handler is called with the event payload
4. the runtime and the deployment package are loaded
Answer: C
Only the last stage repeats on a warm invocation, which is why the first three are collectively called the cold start. Work moved into the third stage is paid for once rather than on every call. That is why connection pools and loaded models are set up outside the handler.
