Which of the following sections of IPC deals with 'Voyeurism' ?
Answer: C
Voyeurism is dealt with in section 354-C.
The Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013, passed after the Delhi gang-rape case, inserted four sections into the IPC: 354A (sexual harassment), 354B (assault or criminal force with intent to disrobe), 354C (voyeurism, watching or capturing images of a woman in a private act), and 354D (stalking).
The trap is the order of the four new sections; voyeurism is the third of them.
