The act that is not sexual harassment is capturing the image of a woman engaging in a private act.
That act is voyeurism, a separate offence under Section 77 of the BNS. Sexual harassment under Section 75 consists of unwelcome physical contact and advances, a demand or request for sexual favours, showing pornography against a woman's will, and making sexually coloured remarks.
So options A, B and C are all forms of sexual harassment.
