The answer is 37.
Division is carried out from left to right:
\[ \begin{aligned} 666 \div 6 &= 111 \\ 111 \div 3 &= 37 \end{aligned} \]
111 is the result after only the first division. 333 comes from dividing 666 by 2, which happens if you wrongly work out \(6 \div 3\) first and then divide 666 by that. 84 does not come from any order of these operations.
