An Angry customer wants to meet the senior manager for grievance reporting. What will you do?
Answer: B
Correct answer: Be patient and try to cool him down
An angry customer wants to be heard. Hearing him out calmly usually settles most of the grievance, and what remains can then be dealt with properly - whereas arguing, or passing him on while he is still angry, makes matters worse.
