Which once of the following is not a software myth ?
Answer: D
The statement that an organization which cannot control software projects internally will struggle when it outsources them is not a myth. It is a fact: outsourcing does not remove management problems. The other three are classic myths: that the job is done once the program works, that changing requirements are easily absorbed because software is flexible, and that adding programmers to a late project catches it up (Brooks's law says the opposite).
