Which one of the following animals was not reared by the Harappans?
Answer: D
The animal not reared by the Harappans is the horse.
Bones found at Harappan sites show that people kept cattle, buffalo, sheep and goats. The horse is not seen on Harappan seals, and there is no clear evidence that it was domesticated by the Harappans; it became important in the subcontinent later.
Sheep, goats and buffalo were all part of Harappan herds, so they are the wrong answers here.
