State whether the following is true or false.
Every cement discussed as a special cement is a Portland cement variant.
Answer: B
Sorel, magnesium phosphate and geopolymer binders contain no Portland clinker at all and set by entirely different chemistry. Grouping them under one heading reflects their unusual use rather than any common composition.
