The mascot was Sheen-e-She (Shan).
The fourth Khelo India Winter Games, held in 2024 in Ladakh and in Gulmarg, Jammu and Kashmir, had as their mascot a snow leopard named Sheen-e She, or Shan, reflecting the animal of the high Himalaya where the games were held.
A panda, a Ladakh pika and a white tiger are not the 2024 mascot. The pika is a small mammal of the Ladakh highlands, which makes it a tempting distractor.
