India's First Food Security Museum was established in which place _____ ?
Answer: A
The museum was established at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
India's first Food Security Museum was set up by the Food Corporation of India at Thanjavur and opened in the months before this exam. It traces the story of food in India from the days of famine to self-sufficiency, and the work of procuring, storing and distributing foodgrains under the public distribution system.
Thanjavur was chosen as the centre of the Cauvery delta, long called the rice bowl of Tamil Nadu. Surat, Thane and Faridabad are not where the museum was built.
