Which Indian State Assembly on February 16th, 2019 passed a Bill to make Sanskrit the second official Language of the State ?
Answer: D
The state was Himachal Pradesh.
On 16 February 2019 the Himachal Pradesh Assembly passed the Himachal Pradesh Official Language (Amendment) Bill, making Sanskrit the state's second official language after Hindi.
Uttarakhand had already made Sanskrit its second official language in 2010, which makes Himachal the second state to do so. Haryana, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana did not pass such a Bill at that time.
