Which State Government in India has announced that all State Government offices will be paperless by 2021 ?
Answer: C
The State that announced all government offices would be paperless by 2021 was Arunachal Pradesh.
In February 2019 Chief Minister Pema Khandu said at Tawang that all state government offices would become paperless e-offices by 2021, to bring transparency and easier access to services.
No such 2019 announcement came from Kerala, Uttarakhand or Tripura, whose later digital steps, such as Tripura's e-cabinet in 2023, are different.
