Saharsh is the socio-emotional learning curriculum developed by SCERT Tripura with the Labhya Foundation and launched in schools in 2022. It gives pupils a daily 'happiness class' with mindfulness, storytelling and discussion, to build emotional regulation, teamwork and communication.
