The state is Kerala.
The 'I am also digital' campaign was launched by the Kerala State Literacy Mission with the Kerala State IT Mission in 2020 to teach basic digital skills to people across the state, beginning with a pilot in the Thiruvananthapuram city corporation.
Odisha, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu did not launch a programme with this title.
The aim was to make every household digitally literate, building on Kerala's earlier achievement of being declared a fully literate state in 1991.
