Foundation day of High Court of Tripura is

The High Court of Tripura was founded on 23rd March, 2013.
Before 2013 Tripura was served by a bench of the Gauhati High Court. The North-Eastern Areas (Reorganisation) and Other Related Laws (Amendment) Act, 2012 provided separate High Courts for Tripura, Manipur and Meghalaya, and all three began functioning on 23 March 2013.
The other dates keep the same day and month but change the year: 2012 is the year the enabling Act was passed, not the year the court opened, and 2014 and 2015 are too late.
