Who among the following women won the by-election in 2017 for the one Rajya Sabha seat from Madhya Pradesh?
Answer: C
The winner was Sampatiya Uikey.
The Rajya Sabha seat from Madhya Pradesh fell vacant on the death of Union Environment Minister Anil Madhav Dave in May 2017. The BJP nominated Sampatiya Uikey, a tribal leader from Mandla district, who won the by-election held later that year and became a member of the Rajya Sabha.
Jamuna Devi was a Congress leader and former Deputy Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly, who died in 2010. Radha Devi and Kavita Uikey are not the winner of this by-election, so the other options are wrong.
