2. Odisha achieved the target of 100 percent household water supply connections in 2020.

Only statement 1 is correct, so the answer is Only 1.
In October 2020 Odisha launched the Drink from Tap Mission (Sujal), to supply safe drinking water round the clock that can be drunk straight from the tap, beginning with Puri (1).
Statement 2 is wrong. Odisha did not achieve 100 percent household tap water connections in 2020; under the Jal Jeevan Mission it was then still far from full coverage, and Sujal itself began with a single town. So options including statement 2 are wrong.
