The group that is not a Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group in Maharashtra is Manner Warlu.
Maharashtra has three PVTGs: the Katkaria (Kathodi), the Kolam and the Maria Gond (Madia Gond). These groups were identified for their pre-agricultural technology, low literacy and stagnant or declining population.
The Mannervarlu are a Scheduled Tribe of Maharashtra but are not on the PVTG list, so they are the odd one out.
