1. A good education system is essential for the well-being of a nation.
2. A good education alone is sufficient for the well-being of a nation.
Answer: A
Clearly, the statement mentions the degradation of the country with the disruption of the education system. So, I is implicit, However, it does not mean that education alone is sufficient and no other factor is responsible for the well being of the nation. So, II is not implicit.
