Friendship as stated here works both ways, so Aarti being a friend of Geeta makes Geeta a friend of Aarti - the one conclusion that needs nothing added. Friendship is not, however, carried along a chain: Priya being Aarti’s friend and Aarti Geeta’s does not make Priya and Geeta friends.
