1. Precautionary measures should be taken after every four years to check this epidemic.
2. People should be advised to drink boiled water during rainy season.

Correct answer: Only II follows
Course 1 is not a course of action at all: an epidemic cannot be waited for on a four-year timetable, and precautions taken once in four years would leave the other years unguarded. Course 2 at least prescribes a hygiene measure for the season in which the trouble comes. Only II follows.
