Courses of Action:
1. The residents of these villages should immediately be shifted to a non-infected area.
2. The Government should immediately send a medical squad to this area to restrict spread of the killer disease.

Correct answer: Only II follows
Course 2 meets the emergency: a medical team can treat the sick and check the spread. Course 1 would move whole villages, which is impracticable and would carry the infection elsewhere. Only II follows.
