Statement: Over 27,000 bonded labourers identified and freed are still awaiting rehabilitation.
Courses of Action:
1. More cases of bonded labourers should be identified.
2. Till the proper rehabilitation facilities are available, the bonded labourers should not be freed.
3. The impediments in the way of speedy and proper rehabilitation of bonded labourers should be removed.
Answer: D
Correct answer: Only III follows
The complaint is that those already freed have not been rehabilitated, so removing the obstacles to speedy rehabilitation is what is called for. Identifying still more labourers would only lengthen the queue, and refusing to free anyone until facilities exist would leave people in bondage. Only III follows.
