Find the geometric mean of 2, 4, and 8.
Answer: A
The geometric mean of \( n \) numbers is the \( n \)th root of their product.
\[ \sqrt[3]{2 \times 4 \times 8} = \sqrt[3]{64} = 4 \]
The arithmetic mean would be \( \tfrac{14}{3} = 4.67 \) - the first distractor.
